• Anti Bullying Week

  Today we supported Anti Bullying Week by joining in with Odd Sock Day.  We were celebrating diversity and that each one of us is unique.

  

• House Cross Country

  Well done to everyone who took part in an incredibly muddy inter-house cross country competition at lunchtime today. Congratulations to the winning house, Oak!

  

• Chess club

  At lunchtime today we had elder our first chess club for Years 4, 5 and 6.  This term the children will be practising their skills, and then after Christmas we will be holding our first inter-house chess tournament.

  

• Writing Competition

  The house captains spent time reading all of the amazing entries we had for our recent school-wide writing competition.  Choosing the winners was tricky, but they chose their favourite four stories based on vocabulary, characters and plot. Well done to our authors.
