We have had a wonderful day celebrating the Platinum Jubilee. We enjoyed a whole school picnic lunch (thank you Kidz Kitchen), biscuit decorating, a bouncy castle, traditional games, musical party games, mindfulness activities and art activities. #teamSbS

Yesterday, some of our Year 5 and 6 children completed their Peer Mentor training with Krysta Parsons of Caring2Learn. We are looking forward to them starting their roles properly after half term.
Yesterday we had a brilliant maths day in school. All classes had clues to find and solve that were linked to different areas of their maths curriculum. When they had found all the clues, there was a final challenge to reveal the treasure! #teamSbS

We have enjoyed a day of New Age Kurling with Premier Education today. It was lovely to see the children trying out a new sport and learning new skills.

It was a very busy week for Year 6 last week.
In addition to SATs (which they approached with positivity and maturity), they also took part in lots of other activities including designing and running a theme park on the moon, den building, orienteering, meditation and art.
