Physical Education (PE)
PE is taught in each year group twice a week by the class teacher. The curriculum is thoroughly covered and there is opportunity for repetition and consolidation for most areas and PE is often used to enhance other areas of the curriculum. All children have the opportunity to learn to swim in KS2. In addition to weekly PE lessons Premier Education and other external sports providers will enhance the curriculum with Wow days providing a wide variety of activities to suit all interests and abilities.
Our school also has many sports clubs held during lunch time and after school. We also have successful girls and boys football, swimming and athletics teams who compete against schools in the Lincoln/Gainsborough area.
