As part of our Reading Pledge, we are inviting several mystery readers into assembly over the coming terms to share some of their favourite stories. We began today with our first mystery reader, Mrs Waudby. The children loved the story!

The gymnastics party at Swan’s Nest on Thursday evening was a huge success! Lots of fun had by lots of children!
This week, all classes have been learning about how to keep themselves safe online. They have taken part in a range of age appropriate activities to help them understand the importance of using the Internet safely.
During Children’s Mental Health Week, the children have been doing a range of activities in classes to think about how they look after their own mental health, who they are connected to and who can support them if they are finding things tricky.
All of our classes enjoyed taking part in ‘Let’s Talk Rubbish’ workshops today, where the children learnt about the importance of ‘Reduce, Reuse and Recycle’. Thank you to the Lincolnshire County Council waste officers who led the sessions.
We had an amazing time at Sheffield Arena for the Young Voices Concert on Friday evening. It was a wonderful experience for everyone. Well done to the children for representing our school so brilliantly with their singing and their behaviour, and thank you to the staff who enabled us to take part.
To celebrate National Storytelling Week, the children in Swan’s Nest enjoyed making masks of characters from The Three Little Pigs and Goldilocks and the Three Bears. 🐷🐷🐷 👧🏼🐻🐻🐻
