  • Rudy’s Visit

    We had a very special and exciting visitor today - Rudy the Reindeer! He was delivering the antlers and red noses for Rudy’s Run which we are taking part in next Tuesday (1st December) to raise money for St Barnabas Hospice.

    We are delighted to have won the School Recruitment Award at the Education Business Awards in recognition of our successful recruitment during the pandemic. 
  • House Cross Country

    It has been great to hold our first house event of the school year. The children took part in cross country in classes, and their times were collated to give us overall scores for each house. Well done to everyone who took part, and congratulations to the winning house - OAK!
  • Reading River

    This beautiful reading river shows the texts the children in each class have been studying this term, and will be added to during the year. It also helps to remind our children how important reading is and what a fantastic idea range of books we have in school.
  • JOSOs

    Our Junior Online Safety Officers (JOSOs) completed their training today. Their badges are being delivered and will be with them soon.  They have challenges to work on over the next few months which will support other children in staying safe online. 
  • Rudy’s Run

    We are very excited about taking part in Rudy’s Run on 1st December in support of St Barnabas Hospice.
  • Love and Care

    In our assemblies this term we are focusing on the love and care we show each other. Every child decorated a heart to show what love and care means to them. We then made this beautiful rainbow with their hearts.
  • Odd Socks Day

    Today we took part in Odd Socks Day to mark the start of Ant-Bullying Week, to show that we are all different and that we are united against bullying.
  • Children in Need

    We supported BBC Children in Need by having a non-uniform day.  The children were able to wear whatever they wanted and to express their individuality.  School was full of bright colours including, fancy dress, sports kits, pyjamas, onesies and much more.

    We raised £210 - thank you to everyone who supported us.

  • Junior Online Safety Officer Training

    Our trainee JOSOs (Junior Online Safety Officers) had their first training session today.  They discussed how to stay safe online and have been given their first task to complete.
