  Today we said goodbye to our Year 6 children as they prepare to move on to secondary school in September.

  They have been fantastic role models and have been wonderful ambassadors for our school.

  We wish them all the very best in their new schools.

  

• Beach Day Celebration

  To celebrate a wonderful year and the end of their seaside topic, Owls and Robins Classes had a fun-filled beach day.  They played in the water, rode a donkey and even had fish and chips for lunch!

  

• Year 6 Leavers Party and FOSSA Disco

  Our Year 6 children celebrated their final few days at Sturton with a trip to Lincoln Bowl for bowling and tea, before joining the rest of the school for the end of year FOSSA disco.

  We even had a special visit from Steve the minion!

  

• The Rocky Monster Show

  Our end of year Key Stage 2 production was a huge success.  The children acted, sang and danced brilliantly and entertained the packed hall.

  It was a fantastic effort by everyone involved.

  

• More Football Success

  This time it was our Year 3 children who competed in a football tournament.  They played incredibly well and won the tournament without even conceding a goal!

  They were fantastic role models and ambassadors for our school. 

  

• Grammar Champions!

  Having won the area heats last month, our wonderful Year 6 team have gone on to win the Lincolnshire Grammar Busters Competition.

• Lincolnshire Children's Festival

  The choir entertained the crowds in Lincoln city centre today with their beautiful singing.
