• Open Classrooms Morning

  Today we welcomed record numbers of parents and carers into school for our first Open Classrooms Morning of the year.  It was great to share how we teach maths and allow them to spend time with their children in class.

  

• Yorkshire Sculpture Park Visit

  Four of our classes spent the day at The Yorkshire Sculpture Park.  They spent time looking around the exhibits and took part in workshops.  This term they will be creating their own sculptures.

  

• NSPCC Workshops

  Today, we welcomed the NSPCC to deliver assemblies about keeping safe to all of our children.  The Year 5 and 6 children also took part in workshops.

• Election Week

  This week has been election week in school. The children have elected our new House Captains, Prefects and School Council. Well done and thank you to everyone who stood for election, and congratulations to those who were elected.
